after recv the email, I called the moto # there and spoke to a nice lady and acting ignorant etc, said " wow, I got this email from u, Why?" she said " because we're releasing the phone end of this month or early next". I said that its already end of month and she said "just wait few days". Who knows what it means, and Im actually steering away from the 710, to the 7000 for several reasons but, thats just me.

are you crazy steering toward the vx-7000??? Why have limited features? I would understand if it came out a lot later than the 710 but if the 710 is right around the corner then you should wait!!!
Personally I have always hated Motorola phones, but I would not pass up an opportunity to get a phone like this! And if worst case scenario would be returning the phone before my trial period is over.

After reading your message I found it intriguing enough to attempt a contact with Motorola to hear things with my own ears. As I suspected that wasn't even close to what I was told. The representative that I had spoken with informed me that it would be released at the end of June or beginning of July. On the brighter side, that was the first time I have heard an actual time frame from a reliable source, as opposed to "before the end of July."
