If we all leave vzw and tell our friends and family to leave vzw for a company that understands and appreciate it customers, vzw will have to start producing products that people like... at the customers request not at their leisure. i have been a customer for many years, early 90's and i am fed up.... i am going to nextel....... 👿 😡 👿 😡 👿 😡
right, have you ever tried talking to a CSR on Sprint, or Cingular?!?! Verizon's customer service and appreciation is unparalled in comparison. And, yes, it sucks that it is taking so bloody long to release it, but since they understand and appreciate their customers 😳 , they don't want to rush the release and put out a bugg...

While I sympathize with your frustration, I think you would end up regretting that move if you went through with it.

having good customer care and good coverage without a product to use it, is like having a great set of tires on a crappy car.... useless
According to your car analogy, you are obviously not as appreciative of the customer service and coverage, as some are. I would see it as a nice car (cust. svc/ coverage) with a VERY crappy set of tires (phones). It all depends what you consider the most important aspect of a wireless carrier. 😕

My ancient v60 still works flawlessly, each and every time. So do the other v120's we still have. I can't say that for the other carriers I've had.
Do we want...
A) Cool phones w/ horrible customer service and coverage. (AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile)
OR
B) Not as cool phone with great customer service with great coverage. (Verizon Wireless)
I'm with Verizon and I'm going to stick it out with my LG until this phone comes out, with Verizon having this phone out what more could you want?
