Talked to the "Manhattan" Sales Rep who is "On Top Of This Phone"
Went to the verizon store on 34th near macy's... the guy told me
"The phone was supposed to be out a few weeks ago. I guess it's gonna come out soon... maybe tomorrow, maybe in 2 weeks... it should be out in two weeks, but who knows..."
so how much is it gonna cost?
"I would probably say that the promotion price will be 299... it's a hot phone, here's my card, call me in a week or two"
can I give you my name and you call me when the phone comes out?
"I have a list of so many names man... everyone wants this phone! I've been on top of it for a long time! it does everything!"

Available for father's day? I sure hope so. I'm really hoping it'll be available by the time I go to JavaOne. I've got a Palm Tungsten T3 with IBM's JDK on it. It has built-in bluetooth, and connectivity for my palm while on the show floor and while wandering around San Francisco would be tremendously useful.
