Well I would like to say that sums it up but i've heard more concrete dates on the v710 than on the vx7000. I would like to think, and it only makes sense, that the vx7000 would be released before the v710 but yet I speak with people and check these forums as well as others and there are no real dates on the vx7000 or the range is very wide for its release. It is safe to concur that the 9900 will be the first June 15th is the date, always subject to change, when video messaging is lauched. Unless the vx7000 is very low key it is supposed to be lauched next but yet I repeat there is nothing concrete there and I haven't heard much on it. Then finally the v710 will round out that 3 either late June or early July hopefully, always subject to cha...

I'm sorry everyone, I had a mix up in dates. Video Messaging & Mobile Web 2.0 will be released on June 25th and so more than likely new phones will be released that date as well. With the date pushed back it is possible to see the vx7000 and 9900 released on the same day and a later release date for the v710 maybe 2 or 3 weeks after. Yet again the only concrete phone that will be available on release day is the 9900, the vx7000 still hasn't been completely confirmed. Also video messaging will only work from the same phone to another of the same type. Such as the 9900 to a 9900 or the vx7000 to the vx7000 because of the differences in frame rates. The vx7000 will have a higher frame rate than that of the 9900 and the 9900 won't be able to han...

I don't know who told you about this as the time frame but it is simply incorrect. Video messaging is still targeted for the 15th but may be delayed if needed. There is no relative order for phone releases. We know that the V710 has been one of the most anticipated phones and we are looking to release it as soon as possible.

I stated once that the date was June 15th but I then changed it to June 25th. While I still think that June 15th may be the day, like you said, it may be delayed so I said June 25th and it has been verified by many VZW employees so that is how I got that information. It is true that there is no order for phone releases, it is safer to assume that the sole phone that will be capable of video messaging and wap 2.0 is the audiovox 9900. True the v710 is highly anticipated and of course everyone is looking for it to be released soon but we simply don't want a lemon neither.
