Motorola V710
After Seeing The Pics on Howard Forums.....
I was originally going to go for the v710 without a question. However, after seeing those pictures the size really does look like a problem. Also, the way the v710 seems akwward as well, the v810's front is flat while the v710 is slated. I'm now considering buying the v810 rather than the v710. The phone generally looks better in my opinion. The v710 has speakerphone, bluetooth, and that nice outside display which can show the picture of whose calling, but I'm thinking the size of the phone/battery life may overide the features and make me want the v810. Anyone who has any suggestions/ideas on this please respond. Thanks

I meant to say "slanted" not "slated"

The V710 and A840 share the same exact shell, so looking at the A840 is actually a perfect way to judge the size of the V710. There's just some slightly different styling on the front, and of course the different tech inside (GSM vs. Bluetooth).

I agree. Ive always said this phone was a lemon. First off its a moto (the yugos of the phone world these days),secondly its a brick, thirdly its displays r small n dim. Even the 1.2 cam, takes so-so pics (on hofo), and this phone has been back n forth on testing since the stone-age. Has the a670 or 7000 been back n forth on testing for all this time? I think not!!!!And even diehard fans incl VZW testers who've been testing this (again on hofo)arent jumping for joy.Basically, its a 720/730 w a few added features. You know that when it eventually comes out, there will b a myriad of returns/complaints etc. You just know it. Now in the immortal words of Dennis Hopper in TRUE ROMANCE; Am I lying

Did any of the testers see the 9900 as well, and how would you compare the two? I know the features of the V710, however the performance is what I am asking. Thanks

You could always get the 810 and then the Moto Bluetooth adapter that...
