ur def wrong flyinace, i wanna keep things skeptical and everything but the v710 to verizon vendors (retail stores) is going to be at least $400 so i dont think a customer would be able to get the same price as retail for the fone
as far as an upgrade/ new customer i dont see the fone being 199... the a670 which doesnt have speaker, bluetooth, or mp3 playbak costs 199 on a 2 yr plan... dont really expect this fone to cost 199.99 before rebates, perhaps after rebates.
