15 sec videos and a batt life of 3/4 day?

F&*# this phone---

The 3 min videos and mp3 player is what made this one worth waiting for (and worth taking the risk of buying a moto compared to a more reliable LG). The user friendly testing word is that the battery life barely gets you through the day (if you're lucky).

Now its back to the standard 15 sec videos.

What's the point of having an mp3 player if an hour of listening is going to result in your battery being drained and ruining an already crappy battery life?

Hopefully these are just problems with the user testing phone and its not at full production specs yet, but i doubt that.

Oh well, sounds like this one isn't living up to the mountains of hype it got....

Don't worry the phones battery life will be great. They were recently retro-fitted with higher amped batteries.

y would i carry around an mp3 player and a cell phone if the phone is capable of playin mp3s??? u should jus tell everyone not to bother buying camera fones, jus get a digital camera and mail the pictures to ur friends....

they shouldnt put features in the fone if its not going to work correctly. i would be very understanding if the fone only worked for bout 3 hours or so as an mp3 player

i actually answered this question for you just after you asked it.

i said, i was able to put mp3tones of up to 128k in my v300 and i'm sure i could have put even more k in only the files get to big. a 20 second clip at 128 is anywhere from 150 to 320kb. they sound dreally good though.
