eBay's policy states:

You're completely right and I don't think that they read that fine print in the auction and they only saw v710 so their eyes lit up like Rudolph's nose. Yet he is following every rules and guideline to the letter and hasn't broken any rule. I suppose it's kinda funny because bidding is a contract so by bidding on it they have to follow the sellers guidelines and no matter how much they pay for it now when it comes out and they see they could've gotten it alot cheaper then they'll ...
