I intend on test driving the 710, we get 15 days to use the phone and can return it if it turns-out to be the POS some people project.
If the 710 is a POS I intend to migrate to another carrier that is a bit more progressive... If there is any good news it is that the Verizon stores are now claiming to be receiving email traffic on the 710, but they still will not release any dates.
