V710 Business or Consumer?

I need anyone who may know to answer this question. They're claims that the Moto 710 is only available to business customers first like the Samsung 790 for overseas traveling reasons because of the GSM capabilities. My question is: Why would the 710 only be available to business customers first if it's only a tri-mode phone that can only be used here(USA)???

It's not. I think that people are confusing the V710 with the A840 (CDMA/GSM/GPRS) that will be out later this year from Motorola for Verizon. It (A840) is targeted at the same high end business user (cell companies call these customers Enterprise Customers) who travels internationally. That is why the new Samsung CDMS/GSM is only offered to Enterprise Customers now. To answer your next question, no the GSM will not work in the US as the freq's are set up for overseas GSM. It is not designed to be used on US GSM carriers.
