I think I took care of the people on HoFo for now but they're usually more structed than here so i'll get hit with private messages than the flames here.

Anyway, i'm not sure what your questions were but i'll just post what I know.

Speakerphone is FULL DUPLEX and nice and loud, you can hear just fine.

Yes the phone does have MP3 ringtones, I don't know how to, but they're on the phone.

Yes the internal screen is different from the external screen.

No you cannot change the external screen but I don't see why you would want to.

The internal screen is nice and crisp, even the employees at verizon said "whoa!" when they flipped open the phone.

Thanks ecko04... I guess after a few days or something, let everyone know how battery life is. I've never really looked at a VX6000 before but is the phone bigger than the T720?

Yes is bigger than the t720. I think the size of the a530 and a670 have spoiled a lot of people and they've accustomed to that little size and while to them it may seem very large to users of the vx6000 and a610 it'll seem either a tad bit smaller or a little larger but definitely thinner.

I just came back from the VZW San Francisco Chestnut store to do the software upgrade on my v60c and during that 45 minutes, I got to look at the a670 and vx6000 and those aren't really that big since I would imagine the V710 is probably still no bigger than the StarTAC 7868W. If it was the size of the PDA flip phones, then I would worry.

Just think of the size of the vx6000 but thinner and maybe a little longer the same with the a610. Get the thought of the a670 out of your head, a little too small to compare to the v710. It is definitely not the size of a PDA flip, much smaller in my opinion. I can actually carry the v710 kin my pocket with no problems.

Yeah, I guess some people were just making the size sound like it was big. The vx6000's size seems to be fine with me and as long as it fits in the pocket, it's all good. Does this phone actually allow using it with a lanyard?
