while the first 710 offer packages last.

Which means basically it ends when they run out, basically leaving the offer open-ended.

That's always been there. This way they are protected if the phone is released early and the 710 registrations are entered before 7/10.

That isn't new at all, it has been there as well. there is nothing new about it. It hasn't been revised, it hasn't been changed, it hasn't been reorganized, it hasn't ...
