There have been these accessories available for a while (I have on each of my computers).

They cost $25-$50; MOTO has one as part of a kit; you will probably do better buying one separately.

Npitlor, What brand do you have, and are you satisfied with them? I've seen some bad reviews for some of them, and want to buy two (one each for my laptop, and one for my desktop). I've held off buying one for months but now have the itch again.

By the way, thanks for all the links/info/replies...much appreciated. :-)

Any experience with the "new" 100ft models vs the 30ft? Just wondering if that by nature (being 100ft) they are any more powerful and thus more reliable a connection going through a wall or two? (I'm liable to be bluetoothing one room away when at home)

there is no extra adapt. bluetooth components are built in. You only need to purchase the headset. However there is an adaptor you can buy for the t730, v60s and 120e phone that is external.
