v710 vs. 7610

i know the v710 will come out in a week or two or something... but i am kinda disapointed that with all the great things that the v710 comes with, the 2 most important features to me dont have 100% functionality. My only use for the bluetooth is to transfer files off of the phone, since i dont like using headsets. Also, the mp3 player seems is essentially a mono output, given that the headset output is mono only. The outside screen can't be personalized as well... I think all of the backgrounds that i have seen for it so far are ugly and would prefer to have it black with text if i couldn't have a custom pic. It also seemed like there was some issue with not being able to use your own mp3z for ringtones.

excuse me for my little ran...

also, fergot to mention that a T-flash card does not come with the phone when you purchase it from verizon. ya gotta buy one later. if you want a 128M card.. +$100 (best guess assuming the price doubles (hah) from prices in bulk)

i should state that all my my information i read from posts on this site & hofo, from people's posts that seemed truthful like ecko's. hopefully i havent misread anything...

Where did you get that pricing info? Is it more reliable than from Sandisk's own press release?

I quote:" Pricing ranges from $14 to $39 for capacities that range from 32MB to 128MB." This seems to put the 128Mb card at $39.

Here is the link to the press release, just in case people want confimation:

Not sure if that is the MSRP though. The one site that has it listed (pre-orders however) has it at $50. Very rarely do retailers charge more than the MSRP, but I do understand it happens. It just makes me wonder whose price the $39 represents.

Ok..I to am buying the phone for bluetooth reasons. I noticed that you want to transfer files? the only thing other than contacts that you could possibly want to transfer are pictures (?), and I figured the walk around would be this, (well for now until someone does a hack) take a picture..save it to transflash, have the sd adapter, place it into your pda/computer...walaa. I know, kinda annoying, but a solution of some sorts. Now, as far as the mono thing on mp3 playback, I am fairly confident that the phone WILL playback in stereo through a headset that moto will probably be releasing as an accessory..kinda like a hands free, but with 2 earpieces, I say this because my I700 has this type of accessory..and it plays in stereo...just my cent a...

ok. here is what I think
if you want better coverage then go with v710
but if you want to play with phone, go with 7610.
simply 7610 is a 60 series which has lots of programs you can play with. it's like a pda.
