Not to be annoying, but this has already been stated atleast twice. Try to read the forum before posting.

1) This is old news. Scroll back a few pages on this forum and you'll see that somebody else posted this.
2) Check the Verizon Forum on www.howardforums.com. Plenty of people have already been able to buy it in selected markets. It was supposed to be delayed from June 25th to July 1st but some stores started selling them today. People have posted pics and videos of the phone on HowardForums.
