I have the same phone and know EXACTLY what you're talking about. The t720 is a decent phone, I haven't had too many troubles with it, but my friend has had nothing but problems with his. But the delay is soooo annoying, i hope they have that fixed with the v710.

Sometimes what happens is my phone will ring, and i'll flip open my phone and the screen is black, but the phone still rings...the only thing i can do is take the battery out and put it back in and turn my phone back on...weirdest and most annoying thing i've ever seen.

"well, both the T720 and 730 have been discontinued, but they still had 730s in stock (reconditioned) in the tech department. If you look closely, I only did this about 2 weeks ago and would bet money on the fact you could do it now if necessary. They allowed a 720-for-730 swap without a problem. If my phone weren't completely dead, I would have waited as well... but $50 for the service is pretty cheap if you ask me..."

The verizon stores I went to, I've asked if I can do the switch out for another t720 or t730 and they informed me that they don't have them anymore. I spoke to the tech department and I told them about my phone and they suggested I ask a friend or family member who isn't using their phone and use theirs for t...
