The ne wsoftware was approve dby VZW yesterday - the natioanl Launch of the V710 is projected to be the 19th of July.

July 20th would make more sense since that's a Tuesday. I was hopeful for July 6th but since that's only a week away, based on what people have said, I thought this phone would be in Infomanager by now. I think people also said that Infomanager is updated every 2 weeks and I thought it was supposed to be updated yesterday on June 28th. That would make the next scheduled update on July 12th and for some reason I don't think they'd put the V710 in Infomanager on the 12th and release it on the 13th, so the 20th makes the most sense to me. I really hope I'm wrong and the release date is really July 6th.

Like I've said before I'm an indirect agent for verizon wireless and i do have access to infocenter. An interesting thing I noticed on infocenter is that all the new rebates(including the one for vx7000) go through the aug. 2nd, but my verizon rep told me that we will actually be getting new rebates on the 6th! Could this mean that the 710 will be out on the 6th with a new rebate? maybe.
