LG7000 vs V710? R u kidding???
I am an attorney in NYC and i love cell phones and stuff... always have to have the latest gadget. I have a POS t720 rite now... So i have been waiting for like a yr to upgrade my phone... I bought the SE47 slider phone, it was a total piece. I returned it and now i am waiting for the v710.
Today i went to the vzw store, i was playing with the LG for like an hour maybe... I HATE THE PHONE! The menu is so retarded and like hard to maneuver around. The picture quality is crap compared to the v710, and the OS on it is very very very slow, not to mention it froze twice on me. Most important for me, it looks soooo cheap. I can't walk around with that crap on my belt when i am wearing a suit everyday... It looks like a toy. Blue and dull silve...

actually ecko did side by side pics 7000 n 710 and 7000 came out on top, which is why among other things he chose it, and on hofo about 3 weeks ago, a VZW tester did side by side 710 w a Vox9900 and the vox came on top so I dont know what youre smoking but so far theyre all beating the 710 which is still in some sort of testing and retest and ad nauseum.....and as for the menu, the LGs is spectacular and user friendly and crisp but hey, its a free country (at least till Nov) and 31 flavors and all so go for it. Iz all good

You're right once again. Not only was it my review but it was compared to the user on HoFo that had the 9900 and it came out on top, RIP 9900, but it was also tested side...

I believe this guy. Why? I don't know. Some other people on this forum seem to have some sort of weird agenda. Why? I don't know. If this phone is as good as the V600 or better with the MP3 and expansion card slot then that's good enough for me. If VZW doesn’t get this phone out in July they will loose three quarters of the people waiting for it to some other new phone that is " just around the corner". So hockmastr8 thanks for the info bro.

If you like the phone so much and don't like the LG, then go buy it. Oh wait, you can't. Why? Bbecause it is a Motorola. I have a better chance of running into an honest lawyer before Motorola launches a new phone - let alone without defects.
People are still waiting for the 810 that was supposed to come out last Christmas. With new technologies like BT poor old Moto doesn't have a chance of getting it right. If you are in the waiting game you might as well wait for the 8000. It will be as advanced (in some ways more so) than the 710 and it will work right out of the box. It will also be released before July 6, 2007.

Look man the phone isn't out yet so could ya'll be stop doubting it, Sure maybe motorola has had a bad history wit phones, hell i dunno, but its seems like they really tryin to make this one somethin seein as how its still in testin, as far as i know, jus wait for the damn finished product cause as far as i know nobody had it not even ecko since he obivuosly didn't have the new software embeded in his which is the reason why his may not compare to all the others, and please the lg 7000 looks like crap if ya'll are to compare a phone atleast make it the lg 8000, so far all ya'll can say is the camera da camera, forget about that, ovaral if this phone is complete and lives up to it, it will be the best phone out there right now. Let jus see if...

It's in the VZW stores in both Greeley and Fort Collins, CO. I know it's on the VZW site under zip 80525, probably 80634 as well.
I picked it up to play with it last night, but the battery was dead on the display model. It didn't look as bad in person as it does in pics online... and the screen was AWESOME (at least for the 10 seconds I was able to see it)... of course, I'm also comparing it to my T720, so my Casio Calculator has a pretty good looking screen.

I am not totally backing the v710 because it's not even out... but, my baby cousin has a nicer looking toy phone than the lg7000... And features? c'mon... in my opinion v710 vs lg7000, its like comparing a mercedes to a ford... v710: feature rich awesome looking... lg: crappy looking, tries be on top, but just can't pull it...
ps don't get me wrong... i own at least 6 LG appliances... so yea...
and about the treo 600... its an amazing phone... just on the big side... but yea, an amazing phone... if the v710 doesn't come out soon, I am all o 🤣 ver that like I'm all over ur sisters... bahahaha...

Dear God in heaven! You all sound like a bunch of teenagers spouting off about how much better your video game system is than someone else's! Get the Hell over it! Wait till the V710 comes out and try it for yourself. All the features in the world and the coolest look can't make up for a sh***y phone. Most of us here have been down the crappy Moto phone route - bad reception, bad battery life, etc. I actually bought a vx7000 till the V710 comes out. Nothing wrong with the LG phone. Just find one that works for you. Let's all just grow up and act adult.
