FORGET the v710
i went and got the vx7000 today and man am i blown away by it...it looks a million times nicer in person, its solid and just feels good in your hand. the menu was clean and easy to use and the rotating lens is great. i could care less when the v710 comes out cause i am 100% satisfied with the vx7000....you all should consider it forreal.

no speakerphone, AMPS, bluetooth, megapixel cam, trans flash, and the vx7000 looks and feels like a toy. it may be satisfying to some, but it doesnt really compete with the 710.

Another reason to forget the v710: Verizon still has a lot of crappy, b.s. phones on the market. The vx7000 is the best one they have and look how long those assholes at Verizon took to offer it! While AT&T, Cingular and sprint all have Camera AND Video phones, the vx7000 is the only one VZW has that can do both. The V60 was discontinued lat year and VZW still offers it for sale! I am considering switching my service simply because I am sick of the crap from verizon!

yes yes yes resistance is futile. verizon is a dinosaur cooporation. switch to cingular cuz cingular fits you best.

I do not know where you live, but Cingular just went GSM in the market where I live. (Alabama/Gulf Coast) But, the bottom line is this-Verizon only has to sell ONE phone that is better than all others. I believe the V710 will be that phone. I wish you well in your quest for a better service provider.

The vx7000 certainly is a great looking phone. I believe LG makes the best phones for Verizon as a whole. I loved the 270c and only left it for the T720 for the features: Get It Now etc... I guess phones are a lot like cars. Some people have to have a Mercedes or a BMW. I'm cool driving my Acura. To each his own I suppose. Enjoy your VX7000. I am sure I will enjoy my V710.
