Anyone else noticed the new FCC exhibits?
Could find any posts about this but then again this forum has gotten so huge....
Anyone else notice the new exhibits on the FCC pages about SAR reporting and how the phone had to be retested? MAYBE this is why the phone is being delayed? Possibly because there are holes in the FCC submittal? Who knows how many other attestation statements Motorola is addressing?

I HAD HEARD ON HOFO THAT THE FCC WAS RETESTING IT WITH A DIFFERENT BATTERY. (SORRY FOR THE CAPS, I AM IN "CAD" MODE)

I already answered this, but it's burried at least 10 pages back. ;)
The re-test is that they wanted to offer an extended-life battery as an option. Even though it "shouldn't" make a difference, the FCC still requires that they re-test it before they can offer that.
So they can offer it as-is, but if they want to have a...
