Why? So that he can fill it with a number of lies and half truths, set up scenes and heavily edited interviews? I'm fairly certain that he would find a way to link the failure to release this phone to his perceived stupidity of the current administration. Additionally, I'm sure he would assert that a Communist nation would have released the phone already.
