Maybe it is a good idea to change the carrier?
I'm planning to change my home phone carrier, and my internet connect...

As someone else here put it, on other carriers, "if you don't have our signal then you aren't talking." Period.

Dude, I'm in Boston too and travel in and around the city quite a bit an, I've never had a problem with roaming / dropped calls or anything else. I don't know about the Kyocera phone, but I've had a Moto v60c and then v60i and currently have a crappy 120c (since the v60i died) and even that gets great reception. Must be the phone!
Ye...It must be the phone...
THAT's WHY I'M WAITING for v710!! lol

I've been Verizon's customer for 2 years already 😕 😳 , and I got really tired of the phone I own. (kyocera 2235) I had it for two years already. I don't see any reason why not change the carrier. I don't know about other verizon customers but I had many problems with Verizon's service. 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 Even though their wireless service is supposed to be the best, my connection is not very good, and very often my phone changes from local to roaming call even if the person that calles me is from the same city as me (Boston). Also, I've had many problems with Verizon's DSL service. It really pisses me off. 👿 👿 👿 👿

Since you went over 2 years, there should be no cancellation fee. I suggest you change because although I beleive verizon has the best service, if it isnt' working for you, then it's just not for you. Even if a carrier is #1, whatever that carrier happens to be, there will always be some problems and your service is it. If your phone is old that might be the problem too. Older phones have crappy reception. Alot depends on the phone as well as the service.
Yes. I guess it's probably the phone. Thank you but......
WHEN WILL THE V710 COME OUT???
that's the only phone(along with 7000) I'm willing to get.
