Wait a minute everyone...I'm not trying to contradict what The Al has provided for us...Thanks Al...but I thought a couple of pages ago someone posted something about the phones being in the warehouse...it was by Clue I believe...he posted a link to but it was only accessible by VZW employees or VZW computers or something...so wouldn't this mean that the phone would be here sooner than 3 Weeks...Because I believe that Al you stated that part of the 3 week process was to ship Moto's inventory yo VZW warehouses...right...so...either I'm just really eager or this makes some sense...opinions please?

I agree, i read that same post, and I thought Clue had generally been pretty good with the info. Maybe there IS hope for an earlier release!

remember... Motorola does not ship phones directly. They come from a distributor (who also programs the phones for each carrier). So adding another "layer" to the shipping pipeline and Al is still on the money.

It's hard to say. You know, VZW execs and the network teams are already carrying these phones. Those in the warehouse could be concession (demo) phones for the company but not exactly the inventory that would be sold to the public. My VZW business rep had a vx7000 that she won at a VZW conference about a month before it hit stores, so I'm sure there are a few sitting in warehouses to hand out.
