Clue was right about the phones being in the warehouse. Being the spoiled brat that I am, I went into the VZW store in Rockville, Maryland and I threw a bit of a fit because this phone wasn't in yet. I had the guy look everywhere on his computer to see if he could find anything, and he found that same internal link that was posted before. In the New Jersey warehouse, as of Monday, there were 150 Motorla V710's, with 8000 on order to arrive there sometime this week. He even let me step behind his desk area to take a look for myself, because I kept saying he was lying just to shut me up. So the phones are coming in and the way he put it, if the order is there and the phones are coming in, it should only be 2 - 3 weeks at most until they are re...

No, it's not in line with what the Alchemist said. He just returned from his trip yesterday, and according to him, VZW had not made "the call". Atleast according to the rep he spoke to. If you further assume that VZW made the call today, you won't see the phone till early Aug. (al speculative, of course).
I happen to disagree w/ the info given the Alchemist. I think he is accurate in repeating what he was told, however I think the rep was no more informed than the rest of VZW or other Motorola reps. Remember, both MOTO and reps from VZW have given conflicting and now missed dates. We are so ready for this phone that any bit of non-info feed our frenzy.

As of right now there are no dates out there. I Have actually talked to someone high up in the inventory area of Verizon and they did not even know. So the dates 13-23 are purley a guess and nothing more..... I will post info as soon as I know.... Brian

Dearest AO, I included the original post with 2 follow-up replies. My reason for doing was so that those who came into this particular thread late in the conversation would understand my reply better.
As for whether or not it was necessary, probably not. Then again, with all the repeat questions (sometimes 2 or 3 on the same page) I wonder if every post should be auto repeated every seven or so post.
My apologies, however. If I'd known in advance that the repeat post would....uuhhh, make you even more anxious, I nevah woodah dunnit.
