They (MOTO) are giving away free Bluetooth headsets or Speakers to the first 710 people who resister their new v710s.

No... They will only tell people when the registration page is up and running; according to the rules, that's what the inference is. As far as I can tell, they aren't going to email anyone to let them know that the phone was released (at least I don't read that anywhere).
There is a bit of diagreement among posters here... I say that they aren't going to allow registration until the phone is available most everywhere. Others say that hey will set up registration as soon as the phone is available somewhere.
My arguement is, then why wait at all?!? Why not just put the page up now?
