Motorola V710
Hey all...just got back from a local VZW store...
Ok...yeah I know tons of these conversations have been posted but I just thought that I'd share what I learned...
I live in fresh aired LA but am on vacation visiting my family in Iowa...so I stopped by the local VZW store to ask some questions and check out the VX7000...I personally think the vx7k is a flimbsy POS...it felt cheap to me and I had trouble with the menus...and its not HUGE I think it's a perfect size...anyway...I also thought the menus were diffucult to navigate through but then again I didn't change the style or anything...so..anyway...I went to the desk and asked about the V710 release and the guy knew what I was talking about...he was told mid-July...if he's right that would bring us to what next week or so...maybe a lit...

Yeah, definitely this month!
Did anyone else notice that they changed the Planned Availability date on the Info page from Mid-2004, to July 2004

oh yeah 1 more thing...the camera quality of the Vx7k was absolutely terrible...it was all grainy and showed like large pixels or something...and the video was ok...still a bit sluggish and stuff

Not a real big fan of my VX7000, but did you change the resolution when you played with the camera? It comes factory set to low resolution 176X144.
