I think I'm gonna say before July 23rd because Motorola has to give you ATLEAST a week to send in and complete the free headset offer. I don't think (but I'm also praying) that it doesnt come out in August because, just like everyone else on this forum, i want this phone badly (I'm using this crappy v120e because it had a cheap retail price(for when a phone gets stolen)) Anyway, thats my $20.00 (I dont give out two cents, because no one wants two cents, they want 20 bucks.)

You don't need a week to send in and complete the free headset offer. There will be on online registration form according to the offer details where you'll simply enter your information plus the ESN number (i.e. serial number). Here is a link to the free Bluetooth accessory offer details.
