does this have a alarm clock and i dont mean a scheadular alarm where it beeps once!!!!!

Assuming the alarm features are similar to the recently released Moto v600 (ATTW), I would say yes, you are safe. When I had it, I used the v600 as a morning alarm clock and was able to choose from any of the ringtones that were on the phone at the time. I just cannot imagine that the v710 would not let you do the same.
