I went to the VZ store today in my area and I upgraded my old T720 for the new Motorola V710. This unit is off the hook!! I can't wait to get the free bluetooth headset now. Woo Hoo!!!

A few weeks ago I walked into a VZW store and was told maybe by the end of the year. When I told them I was going to switch to Cingular to get a bluetooth phone, they said they were sorry to see me go.
Yesterday I walk into a different store, and I am told "very soon". Not this week, but in the next few weeks. And "no" they won't call me when it comes in.

Conclusion..... they don't know when it is comming out, or they are under a strict gag order not to say anything, even if it takes losing customers in the process.
I'll wait, because I still love handing my VZW phone to someone using Sprint,ATT,Ci...
