He said that the reps said any day now. That doesn't mean a thing as we all know. I've heard reps quote a few weeks to a few months since back in May. The fact that they put up that new banner is a good sign, but it's still just a sign it's coming soon. How soon? no one knows. I don't understand this obsession many of you have with LieBuster. You hold his opinion like it's as good as gold. I don't have anything against him but all he does is say b/s this and b/s that. It's easy to call someone out as a liar or misinformed. In most cases he has no justification that he KNOWS that they are wrong, he only speculates. So basically he is doing the same thing as the people who he bashing. I have to assume that if the sign is legit we will soon be seeing posts from other people confirming the signage or perhaps some friendly VZW folks who might mention that the signs have arrived in the stores. To leave a large sign up and on display for even a couple of days without haveing the phones in stock does not make a whole lot of sense to me.

Once again I know that people will doubt me because most everything that people post on this forum is BS. My simple answer to that is "I don't care." I have nothing to gain by lying to people, and frankly I don't see what other people have to gain by lying. Therefore, if you don't find my information reliable, don't believe it. If you do, then all I can tell you is the guy said "any day now."

No personal insult to you intended. In fact, you seem to be one of the more credible posters here. I suspect that you realize that anything posted here should be taken with somewhere between a grain and a tablespoon of salt. It just strikes me as odd that this phone's release is such a mystery to everyone yet a big Bluetooth banner is hanging in the VZW store window there and has been for a few days. Wouldn't they take it down until the phones show up? Who knows. Perhaps all of the innacurate information that I have read has made me overly cynical. Have a nice weekend.

I meant nothing against you personally. I also did not doubt that you saw the signs. I merely stated that verizon in-store reps aren't exactly the best source of information. I have a strong feeling that because of the promotion vzw has been extra secret on this release. If some people had an "unfair" advantage to get the phones then I'm sure they'd get a heap of calls complaining about that. I honestly don't care about the promotion as I'm going with the Bluetrek g2 headset, but I still would like the phone asap as we all do.
