Release Dates (opinions please)
Ok please don't flame me or whatever by posting this and say it doesn't matter what "people think" I am just looking for ideas...
Ok from what I gather...I feel that the following release dates are probable:
Supposedly, VZW stores get their shipments tomorrow...7/13/04...however...they can't be released until 7/22/04? That sucks...the shipment part doesn't though...hopefully the stores can sell them sooner...opinions.
Mid-July Week: This would be today 7/12/04-7/17 or 7/19 depending on how you look at it...I'm hoping it will be for sale the 14th, 15th, or 16th...that is "Mid-July" but I dunno I'm just praying...opinions?
Last Resort: This is my last resort being the 19th-31st (the last couple weeks of July). If it isn't out b...

Well, here's the thing.
We'll *know* at least a few days in advance, because they are going to have to spend some time training the salesfolk on the proper upsell (T-flash, bluetooth, etc) for the phone, support, etc. Remember, they haven't had any bluetooth phones for a while, and back when they did, very few people actually used it. Now, bluetooth is catching on, so there's going to be support demands.
And me, I'm mostly here because I like to post a voice...

dont worry, the phone will be out this week. like i have said before, this is the week. someone said that the verizon employees need a week to be trained, well, they have been trained already. you forget that while we post, verizon is not sitting back. there are things happening behind the scene; things they cant disclose. So relax and get your change ready.
