Motorola V710

Does anyone know if/when Moto plans on releasing V710 info in the developers forum? You'd think if the phone is coming out in the next couple of months they would give 3rd party developers a crack at it? They've got other unreleased phones there like the C380 and E398 but no V710. I've also read there haven't been any apps available for V710 in GIN (as reported by those of you that have the phone already). Are they trying to prevent v710 3rd party apps for some reason?
