Actually, you should appreciate his use of caps; once you open the message and see it's typed that way, you know you don't have to bother reading it. Usernames in all caps is also a dead give-away, indicating a combination of lack of breast feeding as a child and a very small male organ.

Ok, now that I'm not yelling -- catch a dose of reality...go to AT&T if you are that upset...you ultimately have the power to move your business elsewhere...if they don't care, it is not your problem.
This phone (or a very close facsimile) will be available at some point -- only question is when, and I hope for the sake of most of the gamblers on this site that they didn't bet the house it would be out by now.....
