Well I am no-one special for VZW but I do have access to a tool on the Extranet called Equipment Guide. Below is a link to take you to a picture of a screencapture I took of equipment previews today.

If you work for VZW directly and have access to the intranet can you confirm if this is the same screen you see when looking on InfoManager.

I just wanted to add in case if I didn't verify, this is a page from the internal Verizon network. Not a third Party such as a dealer, Circuit City, RadioShack, or Wireless Retail.

If you mean when they updated it last, I think it was like july 1st, after the VX7000 came out. But I actually took the screen capture yesterday, when I logged into InfoCenter yesterday. So it is what is currently shown there. Cause when you rollover the treo it says in launches in the business channels july 12th, and all channels july 19th.

I can confirm I have seen the same page and the 710 shows up nowhere on that screen. This does not mean it won't though. Phones usually only show up on that screen perhaps 2 weeks at best (usually only 1 week) prior to launch.

So if I check this every week, this should give us a time frame from 7 days or less on when the phone should come out.
On a side note, I have a program on my server that shows all open connections and endpoints, and It was awesome to see it light up with activity within 1 minute of posting here. 😈 😁
