VZW is really behind. Just go to the phones section of phone scoop and look at how many new phones have been released! VZW can't compete when it comes to phones! Not bashing, just stating the facts. How sad this is considering VZW charges more for their plans than any other carrier in the market. Come on VZW, use that money to get your customers what they would like to have or lower your rates on your plans until you can satisfy customer needs. You expect more when you pay more!

You're totally wright, instead of bitching we should DEMAND - better service, better prices and newer phones. Just think if we would be able to use all these phones from Korea and Japan. That would be Consumer Service.

What are you talking about? Verizon has pretty good prices compared to other providers. Plus verizon has not promised us anything. So we should get upset over non-existent lies and promises. Or should we be pissed that they have the largest network and for most best plans? They are only behind on bells and whistles. Which with the release of the 710 will no longer be the case. They are in the business to make money, so they will milk the vx7000 for all its worth. It sucks, but if they ran the business the way we want them to then they would probably be broke. and not able to buy more coverage and spectrum rights. I am just as on edge as you, but I have no reason to be dis-satisfied with them.
So relax and concentrate on something else...

Don't you realize the VZW has to test every phone at a billion different locations to make sure "Can you hear me now?" is answered yes i can! We need more test dummies. Any volunteers? 🤣

Judging from this forum i think they would plenty of volunteers. 🤣

VZW has never made their sale off of their phones. They do it off of their network, they say it's the best and it flat out is, no questions asked, hands down. I pay more for Verizon service because I can go anywhere and get the same exact service at the same exact price, with the same exact quality.
Try that with AT&T or Sprint. I have friends with AT&T and Sprint that can't get service in certain rooms in my house, but can by simply walking to another room. I get more consistent coverage than that when I go from Colorado to Las Vegas.
