I must comment on how much this forum has grown. Just months ago there was an average of about 10 posts a day. Today there are several posts at every minute!
Also - When Motorola was releasing the V600 the website seemed to have a lot more information on the phone, like a ringtone tester, and a lot of other info.
Granted Motorola has a feature film of the V710 on their website, they don't have as much info as they've had in the past when they've been "close" to releasing phones. Any comments?

Sounds like the author of this article just went to her local retailer and asked him. Which is pretty much what any of us can do. I'm sure if she asked some other retailers in her market, she would have gotten similar responses to what we here: "Any day now," "Two weeks," "I have no idea," and the like.
I find it amusing that just because a "journalist" writes it, it becomes a more reliable fact. But if I were to go to do the same thing that the author of this article did, and got the same response, nobody would lend it any more credibility than anything else anyone has heard on the street.
As a former journalist, I wonder why none of these articles have quotes from people who would actually know, even if it's just a PR peon in the ...
