Motorola V710
Clueless Phone Reps
I've called maybe 3 times asking about the v710 and none of the reps had heard of it. I asked again tonight and had a rep tell me they have a Motorola 9000 that just failed testing. I repeated to her incredulously, "Motorola 9000?!?" Again, she confirmed. Never heard of this. I think she was just making it up. I went in to a store on Friday to have a battery replaced and the guy there said he doesn't think it'll be out until August in his opinion but he wasn't sure.

the v710 launch date was suppose to be july 19. But the v710 is not even in the stores. it usually is in the stores at least 1 week before the phones come out.
