hey got some info on the v710
hey i called moto and they said yes that the phone will be released by verizon but its in its final stage before release so they said and also the phone will be released at the end of july to the end of august and as i said before, before september they said its guarantee this summer and not in the fall as v810 will be released then

Verizon is pissing me off. I never saw a company change its release date so many frigin times on a phone. I bought the new acura TL with bluetooth and want this phone (since its the only one with bluetooth).
Can't exactly get a at&t or cingular phone since both services lick b*lls. I guess vz has us by our tight and curlies and they know it so they are in no rush to release the phone.
The thing that sucks the most is that NJ just passed a law that talking on the phone while driving is now a 250 fine. VZ better release this phone quick before i dont have any $$ to buy the damn thing.

There sales policy blows. The sales people shouldn't have to force or mislead people in any way. Which is probably illegal. Unfortunately not to many companies have successfully been prosecuted for it. As for the phone, any credible info we do have was not meant for our ears, and thus we cannot blame Verizon.

VZW never once had a release date. In fact, VZW hasnt officially accepted this phone to its line up and may still nix it. Its moto which changed release dates a couple times and a few people on this forum with "solid release dates" who u should b mad at, not VZW, who may release this phone in august or september or never. Even phonescoop covered their asses on the INFO w "likely to be VZWs first BT" as opposed to "Will Be"

its just killing me that i have a car with this functionality and no quality cell phone carrier with an enabled bluetooth phone. i'd even go with nextel if they ever came out of the stone age and added a new high tech phone to their service offering

I never said it wasnt going to b released, probably will in aug/early sept, I said it might not b released. Nothing is for sure w moto phones in the CDMA. The 8000 WILL be released, but the 710 will probably be released.

This the guy that said how the V710 is such a brick, LG is soooo much better, went and bought the VX7000, and soooo happy with his VX7000; yet, somehow can not stay away from the V710 forum, reading and responding to all the posts about the V710.
