Believe me... they know already. They have been receiving Bluetooth refresher training last week & this week and have just found out that the V710 has been officially released and is shipping. You don't need to go waving a piece of paper in their face! 🙄

Not necessarily... I just spoke to my business rep, and nobody in his office knew about it (or even about he press release).

I just called VZW customer service and I went to my local VZW store this morning and they don't know doodly squat. They weren't even told about the press release. It's worse than when you go to the computer store and you know 10 times more than the kid helping you!!!

DO NOT go and bother your local VZW store. The info we at verizon have is the same you can access on this site. We are not privy to any insider info on phone releases. August is when it comes out, end of story.
