We all realize that every question anyone ever asks here can be found elsewhere on the internet and often at official site for Moto and Vereizon, but asking questions is one of the main reasons this forum is here. I hear ya, but you'll never change people, so why get the knickers all in a twist over people asking legit questions about the product? (and your Blood Pressure up in the process).
Besides, this forum is harder to find the info you want (by reading/searching) than most.

OK so the quote was off by one word... you did get the gist of what I meant and NO, if stupid people call about stupid stuff, that ties up the availability of someone with a legitimate issue getting their problem solved, there by having that person consider another provider and thus a loss of revenue. If you knew anything about how the wireless industry worked, you would know that a call center is not a profit center but is considered a burden account on the corporate books. That is why they want to send (and are doing this) these jobs overseas. The labor cost (not just the hourly wage mind you but all cost involved, i.e. training, benefits, etc.) is less, so therefor less burden on the books!
