Motorola V710
I am about to post the final V710 manual
my appoliges i thought it did not say draft on it i just relooked wow its hard to see i know now everyone going to hate me but i was sure it was the final well its close anyway but it does say draft on it and has the logos of the phone and eveyhting it does not look like a fcc draft it just says it on there

It may or not be the same as what was on file w/.the FCC. that one had no pictures.
