No Contract no phone for the first shipment.
Found out today that Verizon will not sell the phone outright with the first shipment. they want atleast a one year contract. Had a buddy looking into getting me one and his buddy said that they were told no contract no phone yet. It will be a couple of weeks until they will sell the phone without a contract

This is not legal. You cannot make a product's availability contingent upon the purchase of a continued service. Just stop with the lies.

If i am incorrect then you call vzw and ask them to see you a phone with no contract. they want contracts with the first shipment. they told me that with the second and third shipments they will start to sell them without a contract. not a lie. it is what i was told. just like porting your phone number over can you still do it without a contract with vzw.
