You need to login with your user name, if you dont have one then you can register one for free. After logging in you will go to the menu "Acct Maintence" under that menu you click on Activate phone.
sweet!, thanks alot.. 1 more question, if I want to switch two phones under my account, can i just go ahead and do this here, or do i have to first disconnect 1 of the phones and then switch my # to the unused esn ?
If at all possible, it is usually better to go into a store. Personally, because I work for Verizon (authorized agent), because it helps keep individual people (like myself and others in corporate stores and agents) in business. If you go through the internet, you usually end up in the store to activate your phone. But that's because a lot of people don't know what to do some of the time. But at least shop around before you go lobbying on the internet because I beleive all of the internet activations go straight to the house. Just have a little empathy, please.
But I do understand why people do their ordering over then net, and that's fine too, because I do some shopping on the net...
