Motorola V710

hey guys, i was upstae today with a few friends and one of my friend's brother had the v710. i asked how he got it and he told me he knew a guy that worked at motorola and he payed $800 to get it a few months early. anyway, he let me play with it and it was great and everything but the screen was very hard to see in the bright sun. right now i have a suky lg vx4400 but i could see the screen on that perfectly in the sun. i just wanted to know if this could just be a problem on the preapproved phones and is it possible they fixed this? i mean you could BARELY make out what was on the screen during the day. anyone have any info on this?
