are you the store manager, or just a RS sales rep/employee?? how do you guys have access to sell this phone before verizon does? I think its great you do, but Im just curious.

i am a sales rep (3 years part time during school). Since the sku is active and being shipped to us this week we can order it using what is called Direct2U. This is used to sell products that we are out of stock on, So technically we are out of the 710 but its an active product.
We can sell before VZW because of the fact we buy our phones through Moto or LG or Samsung. So we get them when we want them (but usually we play nice to wait for VZW)
Strangest thing, we have not gotten the 7000...... o well

im on a family plan with my pops and brother... we updated to a new 2 year contract on july 16th and i wanted to give my 7000 back by friday cuz thats when RS was supposed to have their 710s in.... if i were to return my 7000 back to the verizon store could i then go to the RS u work at and get it for $249.99??

What is the status of the 7000 in your system? can you order it also thru Direct2U? If so, how is it different for the V710?
