I got so tired of nobody at VZW being able to even know about this phone that I called their regional HQ in Irvine, CA (I live in So. California) and complained. This was about a week ago. I was connected to the Exec. Office and after logging my complaint was put on hold for about a minute. When the person I was talking to came back they said that the phone was scheduled to be in VZW stores for sale on the 11th. If someone is releasing it earlier they didn't know about it or have any control over that, but for VZW it should be the 11th. Lets hope it shows up sooner!

I am not sure if they were accurate about that date. I have spoken to different managers and one of the directors and they were not sure of the release date for Verizon. I did mention to them about Radioshack releasing the phone soon. Hopefully with that information it will get Verizon to push up whatever orig date they had in mind to get the phones out to the stores on on the web site. I know there is so much interest in this phone I cant believe that they would allow all the revenues to go somewhere else for too long. There has to be a good balance of where the sales go to. Does anyone know who works in the marketing field for Verizon? I think only that group would really have the right answer.
