NOT ALL RS GETTING THEM
just got off the phone with a nice guy at radio shack and he told me some new info. first, the phones were to be sent to the radio shack stores on thursday, July 29th and each store will get them within a few days. Also, only 4000 radio shack stores are getting them and they already know who they are so you may want to call the radio shack in your area to find out if they are one of them. thats all the info i got for now.

i renewed a contract at RS around my area and got a new phone at promotional pricing on July 1st now they told me they have a 30 day exchange policy so i want to take advantage of that, so my question is do i have to go to that RS or can i go to a different one?

You can got to any RS. just make sure the phone that you got on july 1st is in good shape, you have the box and stuff, and did not cut the upc out for any rebates.
