This guy is the only legit seller of the phone on Ebay. It's a good deal should you not be able to buy the phone with the contract discount.

yeah, but this does nothing for me:
"This is a Pre-Sale Item! The estimated ship date is sometime the week of August 2nd."
too vague for me, I think Im just going to have to wait until verizon carries it, so I can definitly get a legit, up to date, bug free phone. its worth the extra $50 to me knowing that it isnt a buggy phone or refurbished ect...
