Verizon Store vs Radio Shack
One day, when this phone actually is available for purchase. I will become a new Verizon customer (currently with AT&T).
What are the pro's/con's of beginning my relationship through a Verizon store vs Radio Shack?

Ok, now the verizon sales people will tell you that you can come to their stores for technical help, but can't if you buy at Radio Shack.
I bought my Timeport 270 at Verion 2 1/2 y.o and they definitely came through...the did a free repair after the warranty...resoldered loose connections to my earphone jack and power jack. Last week my browser went down, and they fixed the problem...I had to wait an hour, but no big deal
But to tell you the truth, I think they would have done all this no matter where I bought the phone. They didnt ask where I bought it...
perhaps they saw my records...
Verizon want to keep your phone working so they keep you as customer and using service.
Now, I've had problems aplenty w/their screwed up bill...
