Verizon Store vs. Radio shack

Is there any reason that I should NOT buy my 710 from radio shack instead of the Verizon Wireless store?
(phone quality, warranties, etc)

No reason other than you might have a slightly easier time upgrading your contract, but VZW isn't getting them until Aug 11 or should I say putting them out until.....
